I live outside Philadelphia, and I have to say, I never thought of this and how it happens until I started working in the city a few years ago. I started coming across a few very unpleasant people that seemed to hate everyone they came across. Almost got attacked at a Primark for something very minor - it was scary. I guess we can have empathy for how this situation occurs emotionally, but still say that it shouldn't happen. Victims victimize others. Racism is so terrible against anyone that is other, and I hate that this happened on such a wide scale and to so many innocents, particularly in this country, for so many years. God forgive us for what we do to each other!
