I had a boss recommend I not answer emails late at night or very early in the am. He said that it just encourages people to send them at all hours, knowing you will answer. It was great advice, although it seemed strange for a boss to say ‘work less’.

He would be considered a millennial, age wise. It all makes sense now. Ha ha!
