I disagree that someone leaving his family is not committing a crime. Obviously we can all be attracted to other people (it has happened to just about everyone in a relationship at least once) , but we also have to accept part of the blame for going outside the marriage. It's possible to end a relationship before you pursue someone else, even if it just means you are separated. 'Falling in love' is an excuse, and a weak one IMO. Does it happen, sure. Does it mean the person is free to go and do whatever, and it's fine because they fell in love? No. People need to have a sense of personal responsibility, and own their part in the break up. It's not always so cut and dry, but it often is.
